Interior Design Proposal template

An interior design proposal template is a document that designers give to the client to offer their services. You can use our interior design fee proposal template to create such an offer while saving time.

Who We Are

At [Sender.Company] , great interior design is our business and our passion. We believe that a house becomes a home when it's personalized — your space should show off your tastes and personality, work with your lifestyle, and maybe make your guests a little jealous. We know that creating a home interior that does all of these things isn't easy, and we're here to help.

Once you’ve reached an agreement with your client, our Interior Design Contract Template is a must-have tool. This comprehensive template ensures all important legal and project-specific terms are clearly stated.

Our talented designers bring 12 years of experience to the table (and couch, chair, armoire, or whichever furniture piece we're sitting near). From discovering your personal style to knocking down that wall that's been preventing the open-concept living area you've been lusting after, we'll make sure that your space isn't just aesthetically pleasing, but also a reflection of you.

We offer the following services:

On-site consultations
Project survey & analysis
Space planning & furniture arrangement
Design concepts
Finishes & furnishings
Custom designs
Purchasing, delivery, & installation
Project coordination & management

Thank you for considering [Sender.Company] for your interior design needs. We look forward to working with you and creating a stunning home that you and your family will love for years to come!

Our Work & Clients

We love what we do, and we're the best at it — but don't take our word for it. Discover what some of our previous clients have to say about their experience with us, and take a look at some of our past projects. You can view more of our work at our website.

You can easily replace the images in this template with your interior design works. Include the reviews from previous clients. In addition to reviews, you can add people’s names or companies with their consent.

Scope of Work & Timeline

Including timelines in your interior design proposal allows clients to understand how long the project will take. This prevents miscommunications and shows a professional approach.

For this project, we propose the following:

Programming

This is the phase where we sit down and talk about what you want to create.

Schematics

We'll come back to you with a game plan, complete with sketches, swatches, renders, and all that good stuff so you can get an idea of what we have in mind for your space.

Procurement and Delivery

This is when the shopping and shipping happens.

The painting, wallpapering, flooring installation, and the like happens during this phase. We'll keep everything on track and manage any necessary subcontractors.

OUR PROCESS

We understand every project is different, and each project goes through its own lifecycle. Keeping that in mind, [Sender.Company] is quite flexible in its approach. With that being said, we also like to keep some structure to match all the chaos — so we have implemented a system that works for our clients and ourselves alike.

Come take a peek from an insider’s perspective on how [Sender.Company] strategizes its projects.

We initially arrange a free consultation call with our clients to understand their project requirements. On this call, you’ll have someone from both our managerial and design team (such as an account manager and a decorator), so that you get an expert opinion, and a well-rounded understanding of the solutions we’re offering you and how much they would cost to install.

Next, if you wish to proceed further, we’ll send you an interior design portfolio along with our quote, which will help you glance over all the need-to-knows.

As soon as we have your go-ahead on the project, [Sender.Company] will begin work asap!

Communication is at the forefront of what we do, so every week we’ll host a 15-minute call to inform you of the updates on the project, what milestones we have reached, and if the project will require some course correction.

PAST PROJECTS FROM OUR PORTFOLIO

To give you a representative idea of what we can do, we have included some images of our past work. Included in this portfolio are designs that showcase the rustic theme, vintage theme, and chic theme.

Should you like to see what more we can offer (for example, if you’d like to opt for middle eastern furniture, or look at a farm-style layout, or go ultra-classic or modern, etc.), please let us know, and we’ll be happy to show you our extensive portfolio.

Alternatively, you can share a separate document that has samples of all the major projects from your portfolio. Make this document in a PDF format, as opposed to a Word doc.

PROJECT ESTIMATE

Based on your project requirements, we believe the best price we can quote for all services is $ (insert amount). Please look at the table below to understand how we have itemized and tabulated this price.
